Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Shipping

Estimated shipping times (after fulfillment):

USA: 3–5 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
3. Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or with a print error:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email shilohclothing12@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will gladly issue a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, they are sent to production and can no longer be modified.
